Since the first displays shipped in April, software updates have continued with refinements based on customer use.

  • Monitoring and alignment with Octopus Energy API changes.
  • Refinements to performance readings, zone display logic and schedule editing.
  • Stability improvements and fixes for issues identified in use.

Devices with automatic updates enabled receive available releases over the air. You can manage this in the display preferences.

Orders are open. Build timing depends on supplier lead times, with progress shared by email.

The first displays
are in their homes.

The first production batch has been dispatched. Customers received their display with a Quick Start guide, a link to the full setup instructions and a build note for the 12-month warranty.

This first batch was sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for.

17 March 2026 / Preparing for first deliveries

Final testing and preparation for the first production batch were underway. This update introduced the browser-based Metrics Dashboard and confirmed the display price of £260 with a £150 deposit.

The enclosure and stand had been finalised. Initial shipments were being planned for April.

6 February 2026 / Interface and hardware progress

Development focused on the at-a-glance home screen, swipe panels, brightness controls, the performance view, schedule editing and system status information.

Enclosure, packaging, setup and stand improvements were still in development at the time.

14 January 2026 / The original website launches

The original website opened with a no-payment waiting list for the first production batches. That pre-launch waiting-list stage has since been replaced by the current ordering process.
