Find its place
Set it on the included stand or fit the wall backplate, then connect the supplied USB-C power adapter.

Connect to Wi-Fi
Choose your 2.4 GHz home network on the touchscreen. A working internet connection is required for live information and controls.

Link your Cosy
Enter your Octopus account number and Developer API key, then choose your zones and sensors. The on-screen guide takes you through it.

Vaya Display is designed for Octopus Cosy heat pump systems, including single- and dual-zone configurations.
It is an independent product, not an official Octopus Energy device. Compatibility with other heating systems is not currently offered.

With your existing Cosy Hub and linked temperature sensors.
- Your Octopus account details
An account number and Developer API key, entered on the display. We do not need your account password.
- 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi & mains power
Internet access is needed for the Octopus API. The USB-C power adapter and cable are included.
Optional flow and return temperature readings require additional sensors on the Cosy Hub. These are not included or needed for everyday use.

Does it replace the Octopus app?
No. It sits alongside your existing Cosy system and app, giving the household a dedicated screen for temperatures, boosts, schedules and performance.
Is there a subscription?
No. The display, its built-in Metrics Dashboard and ongoing software updates are included in the product price.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. Live readings and controls use the Octopus Energy API over your home Wi-Fi. The Metrics Dashboard is hosted on the display, but fresh data still needs internet access. The product depends on continued API availability.
Do I need any extra sensors?
Not for normal operation with your existing Cosy sensors. Additional flow and return pipe sensors are optional and are not supplied. Any electrical installation should be handled by a qualified professional.
When will my display arrive?
Your order is assigned to a production batch and shows an estimated dispatch month. This is not a guaranteed delivery date; supplier lead times can affect it. Updates and payment instructions are sent by email.
What if I need help or want to return it?
Email hello@vayasystems.com for setup, warranty or order support. The display has a 12-month warranty. For cancellations and returns, read the full returns policy; your statutory rights are unaffected.
